Mental Health

We offer numerous treatment options including: individual services, family services, relationship counseling, medication management and psychiatric services for those experiencing challenges in their lives. These can range from adjustments to life stressors to more significant behavioral and/or emotional concerns. An initial intake appointment is required for all services. Our program serves adults, adolescents and children ages 4 and older.

Our philosophy is person-centered which means we put you at the center of your treatment and respect your freedom to make your own choices and choose your own direction.

Children

Our therapists at EPIC focus on treating emotional and behavioral problems at home or school, difficulty managing anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, attention deficit disorders and difficulty adjusting to parental separation and divorce.

Teens & Adolescents

Being a teenager is hard. Teens are under stress to be liked by their peers, do well in school, get along with their family members and make big decisions. It’s a time of change. They can’t avoid most of these pressures and worrying about them is normal. But feeling sad, isolated or worthless can be warning signs of a mental health problem.

Our programs include the following:

  • Specialized Therapy Groups for Teens (Mental Health, Anger Management, etc.)
  • Psychiatric Evaluations

Adults

Life can be challenging. Stress from daily life, work, family, the impact of trauma, medical illness or loss, and specific disorders such as depression or anxiety are difficulties that many people face on a daily basis. EPIC is able to help individuals through a variety of mental health programs including:
